Designed the interface and activity experiences for M Club concierge lounge training. The focus was on translating a distinctive hospitality identity into a functional, intuitive aesthetic that balanced brand consistency with engaging, effective training.
Residence Inn
Marriott Residence Inn – This training was designed to help front-line staff at Marriott’s Residence Inn hotels anticipate guest needs and effectively resolve customer service challenges. The design centered on a multilingual, themed UI and a custom-designed, illustrated game board, with careful attention to every detail—from the overall visual experience down to the shoes.
