CES Exhibit Loop

Responsibilities: Particle Simulation, 3d Modelling, Texturing. Animation, Rendering and Compositing, Sound Design.
I was contracted to create a attention grabbing booth display loop for the CES Conference in Las Vegas featuring the USPS logo.
My goal was to creatively form the logo in some way, so I set out to build a complex particle system in Maya, unfortunately this was beyond the built in particle systems capability’s so I had to use the SOUP Nodes Project to supplement.
It became quickly evident this would be quite a challenge and needed to be finished in 5 days, once I completed the visual effect everything was rendered and composited in After Effects, then I completed the project with sound design in Cubase.
