Responsibilities: Design, art production and Design and illustration of the accompanying board game.
Marriott Residents Inn – The training is designed to teach front-line service personnel at Marriott’s Residence Inn hotels how to meet customers’ needs and resolve customer service-related problems. The program featured actors modeling behaviors exhibited by both customers and hotel associates. Central to the training, is an innovative interactive learning game.
